Qualified Professional Teachers

We have approximately 40 teaching stuff in the school. Our stuff of education is dedicated to the excellence of Zingisa Community learners. We have a tight-knit relationship between learners and teachers.

Safe Environment

Zingisa is a multi-racial school, consisting of black, white, coloured and Indian races. It embraces it's diversity of cultures and belief but is founded on a Catholic Christian belief that supports a spiritual relationship with our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Holistic Education

Learners are taught cultures of the school but are not forced to participate. Events like Holy Masses and Blessing of classrooms are regularly hosted with the help of Roman Catholic Church Fathers from Mthatha Diocese of Catholic Churches.

Zingisa embraces and serves every educational curriculum to it's community. We support every goal that has been shown interest to by our community. We support them with programmes involving academic, co-carricular, leadership, and many other life-setting skills.

Academics Excellence

Zingisa has a pass rate that always surpasses 80%, with the 2021 matriculant pass rate being 95,3%.

Student Leadership

As per South African Schools Act of 1996, as the school we encourage student leadership. We do have our very own leaders, the Representative Council of Learners(RCL): President, Deputy President, General Secretary, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Uniform Representative, Religious Education & Social Concerns Representative, Sport Representative, Environmental Representative, and Creative Arts Representative.

Extra Carriculum Activities

Zingisa embraces extra-carriculum activities because we believe, "All work and no play make Joe a dull boy, " hence we then embrace sports, debates, choir, reader & writers club, and many more other programmes.

Early Career Promotion

Life changing opportunities are always presented to learners, which can possibly set them for lucrative careers. Modelling and public speaking to name a few, have been in our programmes and part of our culture for the longest time.
